A Safe Job Means a Good Customer Experience

At College Pro Painters, safety is our top priority and we teach our franchise managers and their painters extensively on the importance of job safety; it’s big part of delivering a rewarding customer experience and taking pride in excellent work.

Painting can be a dangerous summer job if one does not follow the basics of job site safety. There are many tools that we provide to ensure that our managers and their painters are safe. In addition to participation in classroom and field training, each painter and manager must review our safety information and must pass a rigorous safety test prior to starting painting. College Pro offers additional safety information on the job sites, which can be found in painter guides and job site manuals. We also ask that during each morning in the summer months of production, the manager and his/her crew review any safety issues that may be present for that day’s work.

Our safety program has been designed specifically to meet the safety needs and regulations that are part of our industry, and we reinforce this learning through practical, on-the-job examples.
